WORKING WITH LEADERS AT

Supporting managers is one of our top priorities yet the existing solutions yield low ROI. Kindred has been a game changer for our leaders, highlighting clear ROI within a matter of weeks.

ARTHUR YAMAMOTO

Manager effectiveness is one of the most critical factors to a company's success. Many companies have tried to figure out enablement -- through training, coaching, community, and more -- but the one gap we've always seen: real time learning. I'm excited for what Kindred Minds can bring to move the needle forward.

HEATHER DUNN

Improving manager effectiveness has been a perennial problem at every organization that I have worked at. With their focus on efficiency, personalization, and scaleability, Kindred Minds has built a solution to finally solve it.

How it Works

An AI coach built into the tools you already use.

Empower every manager with 24/7 personalized coaching

Kindred personalizes its recommendations for every manager based on several data sources, including previous meetings, personal leadership goals, and preferred coaching styles.

“Increasingly, employees want hyper-personalization of experience at work. Professional development that targets the specific needs of each learner will unlock greater potential than what is currently available. Kindred Minds promises to hold that key."

ANGELA CHENG-CIMINI
Manager, Account Executives, Havard Business Review

Integrated into the flow of work

Before 1:1s, Kindred sends intelligent reminders via Slack personalized to the manager and direct report’s developmental goals. Kindred then attends the 1:1 and provides real-time feedback and leadership suggestions for the next time.

"Kindred's personalized coaching has given me the ability to learn how to check in on my rep's motivation levels before and after our 1:1s. It has given me the ability to grow as a manager in a way I never thought possible."

MELISSA SMITH
Manager, Account Executives, Medely

Trained on your company data

Kindred works in conjunction with existing company trainings, toolkits, and materials, ensuring consistent coaching for all leaders.

Kindred feels like it’s part of our team. It’s aligned with our internal language, leadership frameworks and philosophies, making sure every manager is on the same page, no matter where they are in their journey.

Sarah Feldberg
Director, People & Culture, Thrive Digital

Performance reviews simplified

Kindred automatically summarizes and documents any feedback that a manager shares with their direct report during a 1:1. Kindred can then summarize all documented feedback to generate high-quality drafts for performance reviews.

"Kindred's personalized coaching has given me the ability to learn how to check in on my rep's motivation levels before and after our 1:1s. It has given me the ability to grow as a manager in a way I never thought possible."
